سياسة الاسترجاع والتبديل:

إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن المنتج أو إذا كان هناك خلل في المنتج، يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج أو رد المدفوعات خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلامك للمنتج.

لإجراء عملية الاسترجاع أو التبديل، يُرجى زيارة أي فرع من فروع Health Jyad Pharmacy مع إحضار إيصال الدفع لإتمام المعاملة. في حال تم شراء منتجات ضمن عروض مثل 1+1، 2+1، 1+2، أو خصومات على القطعة الثانية، يجب إعادة المجموعة كاملة.

شروط الاسترجاع والتبديل:

  • يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية دون أي تغيير (مثل تغير اللون أو وجود تلف).
  • ضروري أن تحتفظ بإيصال الشراء لإتمام عملية الاسترجاع أو التبديل، وذلك خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
  • في حال إعادة المنتجات واسترداد الأموال، سيتم خصم النقاط المكتسبة من المشتريات من رصيدك.
  • إذا تم إلغاء الطلب قبل التوصيل، سيتم استرداد المبلغ بالكامل بما في ذلك رسوم التوصيل إلى نفس البطاقة الائتمانية المستخدمة، وذلك خلال 7-14 يوم عمل.

الاستثناءات:

  • وفقًا لقوانين الصحة والنظافة العامة، لا نقبل استرجاع منتجات الصحة والجمال (مثل أجهزة الحلاقة، أجهزة إزالة الشعر، أجهزة العناية بالفم والأسنان)، إلا في حالة وجود خلل مصنعي خلال 3 أيام من استلام المنتج.
  • لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التي تتطلب تخزينًا في الثلاجة مثل الأنسولين والهرمونات.
  • المنتجات التي تحتاج إلى حفظها في درجة حرارة ثابتة، مثل حليب وأطعمة الأطفال، لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها حفاظًا على صحتك وفقًا لتعليمات وزارة الصحة.
  • المنتجات التي تم صرفها من خلال التأمين الطبي لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها.
  • في حال كانت عملية الإرجاع بسبب خلل في المنتج أو خطأ في التوصيل، لن يتم فرض رسوم على خدمة الشحن أو التحويل البنكي. أما في حالة التبديل لأسباب أخرى (مثل تغيير رغبة العميل) فسيتم فرض رسوم الشحن أو رسوم التحويل البنكي على العميل.

شروط إرجاع المنتج:

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية مع جميع الإكسسوارات وكتيب الإرشادات المرفق.
  • لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات المتضررة مثل الخدوش أو التي تضررت بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو العطل الناتج عن استخدام فولت غير مناسب.
  • نحتفظ بحق قبول أو رفض إرجاع المنتجات التي لا تستوفي المعايير المذكورة أعلاه.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product or if there is a defect, you can request a product return or refund within 3 days of receiving the product.

To return or exchange purchased products, please visit any branch of Health Jyad Pharmacy with the payment receipt to complete the process. For promotional items like 1+1, 2+1, 1+2 offers, or second-item discounts, the entire set must be returned.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • Products must be in their original condition without any changes (such as color change or damage).
  • A purchase receipt is required for return or exchange within 7 days from the purchase date.
  • For product returns and refunds, earned points from the purchase will be deducted from your balance.
  • If an order is canceled before delivery, the full amount, including shipping charges, will be refunded to the same credit card used within 7-14 business days.

Exceptions:

  • According to hygiene and public health laws, we do not accept returns of health and beauty products (such as shavers, hair removal devices, oral and dental care devices), except if there is a factory defect within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Products that require refrigeration, such as insulin, hormones, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that must be stored at a constant temperature, such as milk and baby food, cannot be returned or exchanged for health reasons, following the Ministry of Health's instructions.
  • Products dispensed through medical insurance cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect delivery, no shipping or bank transfer fees will be charged. For returns due to other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer will bear shipping and bank transfer fees.

Product Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and the instruction manual included.
  • We do not accept returns of products with scratches or those damaged due to misuse or malfunction caused by using incorrect voltage.
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that do not meet the above criteria.
